With BorderFest being right around the corner, we would like to assist our customers by providing some important information for our Arena events during BorderFest 2011 – Celebrating Hawaii. We would like to make your experience as enjoyable as possible by providing you some helpful information for a Smooth & Surf’n experience during BorderFest this year. During BorderFest there will be a $5.00 parking fee at the grounds that is NOT included in your Arena event ticket price. Your Arena event ticket for Selena Gomez, Janet Jackson & Las Leyendas del Clasico Regio is your admission ticket into the BorderFest grounds. You will use your ticket to enter the grounds through the Arena entrance at each of the BorderFest gates. One person, per ticket is permitted to enter the grounds for FREE for the entire day. As you enter the grounds, your event ticket will be hole punched indicating that the ticket has already been used to enter the BorderFest grounds. If you need to exit the grounds be sure to get stamped on your way out as a “hole punched” ticket will not be permitted for re-entry into the festival grounds for FREE admission. When Arena doors open for your event, your tickets will be scanned at the Arena entrances to enter the Arena.
Due to the demand of these events, it is highly recommended to arrive prior to doors opening. Car pooling is always a great idea due to elevated traffic during the festival. To avoid any delays or lines at the Box Office, we also recommend that all print at home tickets are redeemed at the Arena Box Office prior to BorderFest.
